An electronically signed copy of entry form, proof of horse vaccinations, liability waiver and payment must be received prior to property entry.

Parking

Park trailers in designed trailer parking area only, please be respectful of others and provide adequate spacing
Spectator car parking in designated area only

Etiquette

Please keep trailer and surrounding general areas clean of manure and trash
Manure disposal area and trash cans will be supplied
No dogs allowed on property

Amenities

Water will be available, but no wash racks
Bathroom on premises

Safety

ASTM/SEI approved equestrian safety helmet required whenever mounted- NO EXCEPTIONS
Show attire not required, but appropriate clean tidy tack, horse, and attire appreciated!
No dogs allowed on property
Horses should not be tied to any arena fence, stall or any place that would constitute a hazard

Judging & Awards

Judges decisions are final
Grounds for disqualification and/or expulsion without a refund: Unsportsmanlike conduct, use of sever bits or training devices, unruly or out-of-control horses, mistreatment of any horse as determined by show staff or judge, exhibiting a horse that is exhausted, injured or lame

Payments

Payment for classes must be made by registration deadline. Only add-on classes may be made by check on day of show at registration table.
No cash please

Grotle

Kim has taught, trained and ridden in clinics all over the Northwest.  She has 50 years of experience as a riding instructor, focusing primarily on dressage.  Currently retired, she still enjoys teaching part-time and judging shows like this one!  Her trained eye for movement along with horse and rider partnership lends itself to judging and assisting the rider toward moving forward with positive change.
